Everything went perfectly, except for the fact that until the completion of the order, it was not mentioned that a deposit must be made for the rental period. The only mention of the deposit appears on the voucher received after going through the steps for rental, completion, and then confirmation of the order. I understand that the deposit is a common thing in the industry, but not mentioning a cost before delivering a service or product is illegal. The staff at Autonom (those who actually provided the rental service) were very professional and helpful.

Excellent service travel to Romania at least once a year and will rent car again from this company. Very happy with the service

Communication was very good, fast, and transparent, I didn't feel like a stranger and not abandoned for a moment. Our emails testify to this.
