Green and a grade of 10 (meaning 20/20) everywhere. Thank you to everyone. Starting with Mr. Mircea Stoian and continuing with Diana, Alexandru, Răzvan (branch BC), Oana, Gabriel (branch BV), along with the others whose names I haven't remembered (I apologize, I still have you in my memory).
Communication was very good, fast, and transparent, I didn't feel like a stranger and not abandoned for a moment. Our emails testify to this. I am glad that I followed the recommendations received regarding reservations and the car. I have in mind to meet again.
Greetings and compliments to all,
Silviu Mondiru

At point 6, I only provided 5 points because the POS system is extremely slow. But otherwise, I have no objections. Thank you.

"10 out of 10 is too little to describe the quality of the rental services offered by the company. The only slightly unpleasant thing was that I made the contract for a certain type of car and I received a different one, without being informed beforehand. The truth is that the car I received was better than the one requested."
