Totul a decurs perfect, mai putin faptul ca pana la finalizarea comenzii nu s-a mentionat ca trebuie depusa o garantie pe perioada inchirierii. Singura mentiune a garantiei apare pe voucher-ul primit dupa parcurgerii pasilor pentru inchiriere, finalizarea si apoi conformarea comenzii. Inteleg ca acea garantie este un lucru comun in industrie dar a nu mentiona un cost inainte de livrarea unui serviciu sau produs este ilegal. Personalul de la Autonom (cei care au livrat de fapt serviciul de inchieriere) au foarte profesionisti si de ajutor.

Verde şi nota 10 (adică 20/20) peste tot. Mulţumesc tuturor. Începând cu dl. Mircea Stoian şi continuând cu Diana, Alexandru, Răzvan (sucursala BC), Oana, Gabriel (sucursala BV), alături de ceilalţi ale căror nume nu le-am reţinut (cer iertare, vă am în memorie totuşi). Comunicarea a fost foarte bună, rapidă şi transparentă, nu m-am simţit străin şi nici abandonat nici măcar o clipă. Email-urile noastre stau mărturie. Mă bucur că am dat curs recomandărilor primite privitoare la rezervări şi la autovehicul. Am în gând să ne revedem. Salutări şi complimente tuturor, Silviu Mondiru 28 iulie 2019
