Hello, I have returned the car without having it taken to the car wash beforehand, I apologized and offered 40 Euros to cover the costs for washing the car. I received the car with 64,000 km, with noise during braking on the highway at the exit, and with a chipped windshield. While driving on the Transalpina, the windshield cracked starting from that chip. Up until now, I have always been contacted by agents the day before the return at Autonom and asked if the car was okay and about the return time. I was not contacted by Autonom this time. During the return, I was told that if I am being complained about, I probably won't benefit from Autonom's services in the future, that they might withhold money from the deposit (I did not pay a deposit), that the car was too dirty even though I had cleaned the seats and rear bench the night before and shaken the floor mats. This is the first time I have encountered issues during return, a conversation I wouldn't want to go through again. An option to return the car unwashed in the case of having full insurance, at an extra cost, would be well received and would spare me from an uncomfortable conversation. We do not come from abroad with impressions, sometimes we spend 3-4 days in the country and every hour spent somewhere other than at a car wash is precious time, we do not always have the time and prefer to cover such costs. Upon receiving the car, I was asked to note any damages that occur during the rental period at the time of return, which are covered by the insurance I have chosen. I asked as always if it would be a problem if I returned the car unwashed, covering the costs, and I was told it is not ideal but it should not be a problem. I did not cause any damage to the car and I do not blame the agent at the time of return, who probably needs to hand over the car to another client, but I think that a window of time to check the car's condition should be available. The car had to be dropped off at 5:00 in the morning at the Sibiu airport. Unfortunately, no agent came to pick up the car, and we waited until we were about to miss the flight. No one was answering the phone. We had to park the car in the airport parking lot and leave the key at the airport info desk.
