Nothing but praises for this particular branch operated by Serban. He really went far and beyond to service his customers. Serban came to work before and after regular business hours (normally 9am to 6pm) to allow me the convenience to pick up and drop off the car. Serban even voluntarily offered to drive me back to my hotel after drop off. Oh did I mention that they have (legitimately) the best car rental prices in Brosov Romania.

Am fost extrem de multumota totul a mers ca la carte fără asteptari fără complicati. Personalul foarte amabil si peofesional va recomand cu caldura .

Am fost foarte multumiti de inchiriere. Avem o mașină nouă. Totul foarte curat. Angajatul „Emil” a fost foarte punctual, foarte prietenos, atât când ne-am luat, cât și când l-am returnat (6:00 a.m.!!). De asemenea, vorbește foarte bine engleza. Data viitoare vă vom rezerva din nou închirierea. Multumesc frumos Bernd. B
