Mașina nu a corespuns descrierii inițiale. Am închiriat un SUV, însă am primit un alt tip de vehicul. Nu a fost o experiență neplăcută, însă compania se apără spunând că oferă mașina rezervată doar dacă aceasta este disponibilă în stoc. Scaunele pentru copii nu mi s-au părut suficient de sigure. În schimb, amabilitatea personalului a fost de nota 10. Am avut nevoie să returnez mașina cu două ore mai târziu decât era prevăzut și nu a fost nicio problemă. În concluzie, am fost mulțumită per ansamblu de serviciul oferit.

Totul a mers perfect. Pentru că nu au avut mașina rezervată inițial mi-au oferit o mașină de clasă superioră. Baieții foarte promți. Nota 10+ pentru Autonom.
