Excellent service!

Regarding point 1 - at the last moment we were informed that picking up the car had to be done at a different address than the one arranged. After a few phone calls (made by us from the train where we were traveling), everything was harmoniously settled for both parties. Regarding point 8 - the yellow jacket and the reflective triangle needed in case of roadside repair were not in the car. The fire extinguisher was given to us after we requested it. POSITIVE - it was good that there was no attempt to ask for a new additional insurance payment. We would like more explanation on the mandatory expenses for damages caused by the one who rents the car. Good luck, and we hope to return to you in the future.
