Agenți prompți și serioși. După ce am rezervat online, am fost imediat contactați pe whatsapp, cu confirmare, și întrebați dacă avem nevoie de ceva. Masina, VW Golf 8, in condiții excelente, asistență și servicii de înaltă calitate. Am fost preluați din aeroport chiar dacă am aterizat în jur de ora 1:20 dimineața. După înapoierea mașinii, am avut transport asigurat până la aeroport. Recomand cu multă căldură Eurocars.ro

my only negatif cpmment is that the car wasnt completly fueld when it was given. the car had only 10-15 % fuel instead of 100% fuel thus it is difficult to gauge how much fuel is need upon returning the car.

This is the third year that we choose Expedicar/Eurocars. This year, the "Customer Service" part was a bit "overshadowed" by the less "friendly agent who handed us the car".
