I was expecting the agent to wait for me at the airport exit from. customs with a paper showing my name. It would have been a lot easier. Instead he sent me messages on whatsapp which I was not able to access because I didn't have connection. I had to look for a sim tool to extract my old sim and insert a new one which took time and then see the messages.
