Our experience was very good. One of our vehicles had a malfunction and the agent was very helpful in supplying a replacement vehicle. The replacement wasn\'t really clean but that was because we were in a hurry - he offered to clean it and we declined. Thank you!

We have rented cars on visits to many countries. This was our best experience ever. The staff were courteous and most helpful. Very good service from Autonom who supplied the car and upgraded from Dacia Logan to VW Golf at no cost (Logan not available). Was cheaper/at least as cheap to book through eurocars.ro than directly through Autonom when I booked.
