Very good service from Autonom who supplied the car and upgraded from Dacia Logan to VW Golf at no cost (Logan not available). Was cheaper/at least as cheap to book through eurocars.ro than directly through Autonom when I booked.

I loved that an agent was willing to deliver the car to the Hostel I was staying at as I did not have any other way of receiving the car once I arrived in Brasov. I also thought it was very easy to deliver the car once leaving Romania. An agent kindly met us near the train station for the pickup and actually drove us to the train station down the street. The entire experience was very seamless. Agents were very helpful and made the process very simple through email and phone messages.

Nu am apreciat faptul ca pe scaunele din spate era o husa de protec?ie, care nu a permis folosirea centurii de siguran?? pt scaunul din mijloc. Consider ca siguran?? pasagerilor este mult mai important? decât gradul de curatenie a scaunelor.
