Setviciile de la Autonom in Constanta au fost impecabile. Au fost profesionali si am primit cel mai bun service pana acum si nu-i prima oara cand inchiriez masina. Le multumesc frumos pentru modul cum m-au tratat ca si client.

Masina buna, economica, doar ca pentru o masina de 2 ani vechime are foarte multi km si cu unele probleme tehnice. Pretul foarte mare comparativ cu orice alta tara din UE, si pentru salariile din Romania exagerat. Politetea agentului si calitatea predarii autoturismului si intocmirii contractului la standarde europene. Voi mai folosi site-ul acesta dar ar trebui micsorate preturile.

The car I was given had poor suspension and some other troubles ; I was worried to drive it by the second day. Autorom sent an agent with another car to exchange for the bad one. I was dreading this but it was no hassle, they made it simple and easy. In less than an hour I was on my way with a better car. High marks for everything - professional, simple, easy to deal with. No hidden charges or fees. Would happily rent from you again!

The car seemed to have been forgotten when we arrivedat Cluj airport, but this mistake has been corrected as soon as possible and we got a perfectly cleaned VW Golf as asked. The service after our return, back at the airport of Tirgu Mures was correct and punctual.

The only thing is we had asked the car rental agent and the driver to keep our destination confidential. My daughter overheard the driver telling someone one the phone where we were, which hotel we were at. We are traveling alone in a foreign country. We just wanted confidentiality. We would rent from your company again but we would ask that our travel plans be kept confidential. Otherwise, everything else was great. The driver spoke very good English and was a good driver. We liked him. Thank you.
