The car seemed to have been forgotten when we arrivedat Cluj airport, but this mistake has been corrected as soon as possible and we got a perfectly cleaned VW Golf as asked. The service after our return, back at the airport of Tirgu Mures was correct and punctual.

The only thing is we had asked the car rental agent and the driver to keep our destination confidential. My daughter overheard the driver telling someone one the phone where we were, which hotel we were at. We are traveling alone in a foreign country. We just wanted confidentiality. We would rent from your company again but we would ask that our travel plans be kept confidential. Otherwise, everything else was great. The driver spoke very good English and was a good driver. We liked him. Thank you.

Our experience was very good. One of our vehicles had a malfunction and the agent was very helpful in supplying a replacement vehicle. The replacement wasn\'t really clean but that was because we were in a hurry - he offered to clean it and we declined. Thank you!
