Outstanding service! The online process was smooth, the airport kiosk in Brasov was easy to find and agent was professional, kind and a pleasure to deal with. The return process was also great, was allowed to change my return location without any issues. Very friendly staff overall. The car was delivered as promised, clean, ran great, everything I was hoping form. Will definitely use their service again when Im back in the area.
