I rented a Citroen C5 Aircross, but I received a VW Passat, which is not normal as they are not similar in terms of interior space (I was interested in having a large space in the back for 3 people, the C5 Aircross having 3 individual seats). In my opinion, in the same class, there could have also been the Ford Kuga, Peugeot 3008-5008, but in no case the Passat, which does not fit in either the Aircross or SUV category. Not even a discount was offered to me, the exact same price. I am disappointed and will not recommend Autonom's services anymore.

Fortunately, the rental company made the necessary arrangements and offered us a sedan that could fit all our luggage in the trunk. In the future, please specify in the description which vehicles indeed correspond to the category. The rental car class always indicates "or similar," which remains subjective. Unlike other rental companies used by Eurocars, Autonom is truly closer to traditional international rental companies, whereas for smaller rental companies that you use as brokers, the exact car is known. In any case, we appreciated your services and Autonom and will use your services again. Thank you.
