Totul a decurs foarte bine , de la intalnirea cu agentul pana la predarea masinii. Fara costuri neasteptate. Personalul foarte amabil si profesionist. Cu siguranta vom apela tot la ei data viitoare.

Reservasem masina Citroen C5 Aircross, si am primit vw passat, ceea ce nu este tocmai normal ele nu fiind asemanatoare ca spatiu interior(ma interesa sa am spatiu mare in spate pentru 3 persoane, c5 aircross avand 3 scaune individuale),dupa parerea mea pe aceeasi clasa ar mai fii fost Ford Kuga, Peugeot 3008-5008, dar in niciun caz passat care nu se incadreaza nici aircross nici suv. Nici macar sa mi se ofere un discount, exact acelasi pret. Sunt dezamagit si nu voi mai recomanda serviciile Autonom.
