Car was brought to our hotel on time and good instructions given , the agent was very helpful in setting our GPS for our next destination. Car was originally to be returned to the airport but agent called to inform us that he was unable to be there at the agreed upon drop off time. He came to our airport hotel to pick up at a later time which worked well for us. Car not the model originally booked but we were informed of this by e-mail prior to leaving home so not a problem.

Initiallty disapointed I didnt get the car I requested and the one I got as a replacement was more expensive. However, as before the service provided was excellent.
