Prima data ca am inchiriat o masina de la BTI RENT A CAR si am ramas uimit si multumit de semlicitatea, profesionlitatea si corectitudinea de care au dat dovada. Foarte rapizi, gentili si totul conforme contractului. Sper ca si pe viitor sa gasesc acelas tratament, pentru ca voi fi clientul lor fidat. 5 stele sint putine pentru un serviciu asa clar si fara vici ascunse. Bravi si multumesc domnului Bogdan pentru rabdarea si mai ales cortezia cu clienti.
