Service excellent. Nous avons tout de même dû négocier un peu car nous avions choisi spécialement un modèle de type Berline car nous savions que nous aurions des bagages. Mais on nous a au départ proposé un modèle de type SUV. Heureusement le loueur a fait le nécessaire et nous a bien proposé une berline permettant de mettre tous nos bagages dans le coffre. Merci à l'avenir peut-être de bien préciser dans le descriptif quels véhicules correspondent en effet à la catégorie. la classe des voitures de location indique toujours "ou similaire" ce qui reste subjectif. A la différence d'autres loueurs utilisés par Eurocars Autonom se rapproche vraiment des loueurs internationaux classiques, alors que pour les loueurs plus petits que vous utilisez en tant que brooker la voiture exacte est connue. Quoi qu'il en soit nous avons apprécié vos services et autonom et réutiliserons vos prestations. Merci

Very kind people which helped us. Car was clean, an pretty new, and had Apple Car Play which was really a nice suprise. Next to that, we had a great price for the rental period, i'll definetly recommand Autonom.
