When returning the car at CLJ Airport, no one was in the agency at the time. Even though there was a key drop box, I hadn't known before that I can simply drop the key without consulting the agent before, so I called the phone number of the sign at the agency's door. The agent on the phone told me to simply drop the key in the box, so then I did that and that was it. Pretty easy in the end ;-) Thanks a lot for the great service and great car.

Everything went perfectly, high-level kindness, no technical problems with the car. I have only one comment regarding smoking in the car. For non-smokers, it is very difficult to be in a car where smoking has taken place. Enforce a rule for customers not to smoke in the cars or divide the fleet into cars for smokers and cars for non-smokers. Apart from this, perfect service!
