A durat puțin până când am reușit să stabilesc locul de întâlnire cu agentul și a întârziat, mai apoi serviciile oferite de agent au fost bune, inclusiv promptitudine in returnarea mașinii. Mașina a fost alta decât cea rezervată, a prezentat o eroare in bord și nu a fost curățată înainte de a-mi fi predată.
