I've used car rental companies in various countries, at least a dozen, and for the first time I've been delighted with the service I received during the rental. Sorin is responsible for 90% of my impressions. In my opinion, he demonstrated the highest level and manner of communication, flexibility, empathy, calmness, patience, and professionalism. The remaining 10% of my satisfaction is attributed to the rental offer and the value for money. I would wholeheartedly recommend the company, and Sorin played a key role.

Excelent de la inceput pana la sfarsit. Sorin m-a sunat, am stabilit locatia, mi-a predat masina si cand am avut neclaritate mi-a raspuns la telefon foarte repede. Recomand 100%.
