Sunt foarte multumit de serviciul oferit si de calitatea masinii (VW golf VII automat). Comunicarea cu un reprezentant al firmei pe WhatsApp a fost foarte facila si folositoare iar procesul de primire/predare a masinii a fost lejer si fara stress. Nici o surpriza neplacuta in ceea ce priveste plata sau depozitul pentru masina. In consecinta, recomand foarte sincer serviciile acestei companii si personal, o voi folosi pe viitor (cand voi ajunge la Bacau sau Iasi). Multumiri agentului care m-a ajutat in dimineata predarii vehiculului, atunci cand am constatat ca am pierdut avionul iar el foarte amabil, m-a dus la gara (imi cer scuze am uitat numele)
