va multumim pentru felul in care ati tratat solicitarea noastra. Agentul care a preluat masina la final a fost foarte atent, am uitat legitimatia de persoana cu handicap in masina si s-a intors in aceeasi seara la pensiune sa ne-o returneze. inca o data multumim.

This was one of the best rentals I have ever experienced. The service was terrific and very professional (and had a great personal touch). We used the Bacau Autonom office because I read on the TripAvidsor forum that many people were happy with the company. We had great service. The young man who dropped off the car and picked it up was particularly nice and informative. Thanks!
