Staff were extremely helpful when an extension to the rental period was requested. Our only disappointment was that we did not receive the car requested; however the car we received was fine.

The only negative point was that the Bank Guarantee was not refound successfully - we had to wait two weeks to get the amount back on the account.

La returnarea masinii am descoperit impreuna cu agentul dumneavoastra o mica indentare a aripii drepte cu greu vizibila. Masina fusese parcata pe o strada in Bucuresti noaptea anterioara predarii masinii. Pentru aceasta mica indentare am fost facturat suma de 100 euro ce mi sa parut excesiva.
