La returnarea masinii am descoperit impreuna cu agentul dumneavoastra o mica indentare a aripii drepte cu greu vizibila. Masina fusese parcata pe o strada in Bucuresti noaptea anterioara predarii masinii. Pentru aceasta mica indentare am fost facturat suma de 100 euro ce mi sa parut excesiva.

Toate persoanele din echipa au fost extrem de amabile si foarte corecte. Am fost placut surprinse de aceasta amabilitate si de serviciile oferite. Va multumim si speram sa mai venim.

Sunt foarte mul?umit de serviciile oferite de dvs. O sa mai apelez la dvs. cu mare incredere si data viitoare. Recomandarile mele o sa mearga mai departe si sper sa mentineti aceasi calitate la automobile si amabilitatea agen?ilor. Totul a fost superb. Atat la preluare cat si la predare, agentul a fost amabil si la timp. Multumesc frumos. -Craciunea Laurentiu!

Tipul masinii a fost schimbat, cu acordul meu. A fost in ordine, dar, nu corespundea cu cel initial!!!

Even if I had no bad surprise, it would be better if we could see the car in a place with some light at the check in - but I must agree that it is difficult at Transylvanian International Airport at 01H00 AM !
