a fost extrem de aiurea faptul ca a lipsit documentul pentru completarea unei amiabile iar o persoana nea lovit masina în parcare și nu am putut sa o completam. A ajutat mult flexibilitatea agentului autonom care a spus ca nu e o problema și putem sa ne continuam drumul
