Review - Car Rental Experience
I rented a Citroën C3 or similar car through this company, and in the end I was offered a Dacia Logan. Although it wasn't the exact model reserved, I understand the mention of "or similar," so I did not consider this aspect a problem.
Positive aspects:
-The car was clean at pickup and had a full tank.
-The overall functioning was good during the rental period.
-I apologize for not returning the car as clean, but I paid the additional cleaning fee.
Less positive aspects:
-The front-left and back-right tires were well below the wear limit, which is not safe for road safety.
-At drop-off, the company agent was talking on the phone holding the phone to their ear, even though the car was equipped with hands-free technology.
-My request to be dropped off with my children and luggage at the "Departures" terminal at Otopeni Airport was met with reluctance. The agent claimed not to know where it was and that they were not trained to enter there. Initially, they wanted to drop us off around 300 meters away, and only after my insistence did they enter the terminal. Considering we were with two children and lots of luggage, I found it disrespectful and gave me the impression that they wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible.
Overall, the experience was not bad, but I believe the company could improve the technical condition of the cars and especially the staff's attitude towards customers to provide a fully professional service.
