When returning the car at CLJ Airport, no one was in the agency at the time. Even though there was a key drop box, I hadn't known before that I can simply drop the key without consulting the agent before, so I called the phone number of the sign at the agency's door. The agent on the phone told me to simply drop the key in the box, so then I did that and that was it. Pretty easy in the end ;-) Thanks a lot for the great service and great car.

Am fost surprins in mod placut de calitatea autoturismului Dacia (reservarea era pt. Renault Clio, de aceea numai 8 puncte la positia 7.).

Overall it was really good, but the amount of available cars was very limited. Had to redo the booking changing specs 4 or 5 times each time waiting for hours for the reply. Eventually got the car 1 day later than originally requested.

Sincer nu prea scriu păreri despre servicii oferite online dar de data aceasta fac o excepție pentru că totul a fost perfect, super amabili, m-a așteptat șoferul la două noaptea cu mașina în fața aeroportului, foarte amabil. Totul a decurs perfect. Mulțumesc
