Even though on the first rental there was a problem (the car had not arrived at Oradea). The supplier called me and found a solution to provide me with the same type of car in due time. Just one minor negative point : when returning the car in Oradea, I asked the supplier to call you to request a GPS for my second rental. Obviously he did not call you because there was no GPS for the second rental (I should have called you myself). Anyway, I am very satisfied with your service. Multumesc mult

Some mis-communication caused a half hour wait for the agent to meet me at the airport, but I appreciated the response to get someone there after I called.

There was a misunderstanding about the delivery time of the car therefore it was late.The agent said they\'d send me an e-mail after I returned the car - I don\'t really need this but they should do it if they say they will. Otherwise the car was good and the service more than satisfactory.

In primul rand va multumesc pentru serviciul de inchiriere. Am fost serviti prompt, nu ne-a venit sa credem ca ne aflam in Romania,agentul care a predat si preluat masina a fost punctual ,foarte operativ si prompt .Cu siguranta ca atunci cand vom avea nevoie vom apela la firma Eurocars.Va multumim foarte mult si va urma un 2010 plin de succes
